Information about my rates and reimbursements

The rates for therapy and psychological help for 2024 can be found below. You do not need a referral letter from a doctor or specialist for my help. So you can simply make an appointment yourself.

The number of sessions that is required varies per person and problem. There almost no waiting list; usually you can come for a consultation within a week. You are also welcome in the evenings.

Rates

• Individual therapy (60 minutes): € 88,-
• 5 Step Therapy package - 5 individual sessions of 60 minutes: € 390,-
• Relationship counseling (90 minutes - 2 people): € 130,-
• Online help or telephone consultation (75 minutes): € 80,00
• EMDR consult 60-90 minutes from € 90,00 per 60 minutes
